ACCEPTANCE OF ESTIMATE

By accepting an estimate—whether through FreshBooks, email, WhatsApp, phone call, or verbal agreement—you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this document, as well as our full Terms and Conditions below. Acceptance of an estimate also constitutes a legally binding agreement to the payment terms stated herein.

PAYMENT TERMS

Graphic Design Services

• 50% upfront payment required to begin production.
• 50% balance required to receive final artwork.

Printing Services

• Full payment upfront required to begin production.

Website Development Services

• 50% upfront payment required to begin production.
• 50% balance required for the site to go live.

Maintenance Contracts

• Available upon request.

INVOICES AND LATE PAYMENTS

• All invoices are on a COD basis and are due upon issue.
• Payments not received within 21 days of invoice date will incur a 5% late fee.

• A 5% compound interest will be applied for every additional 21 days of non-payment.

• After 21 days of non-payment, all services related to website hosting, maintenance, email branding, domain renewals, subscriptions, etc… will be suspended until full payment is received.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• If you accept a quote and subsequently terminate the project after production has begun, you are liable for 50% of the quoted amount.

DISCLAIMERS

1. Project Delays
   Augrafi Designs is not responsible for delays in project completion caused by:

   • Outstanding client information.
   • Awaiting client feedback or approval.
   • Any other delays originating from the client’s side.

2. Deadlines
   Original deadlines may not be guaranteed if delays arise due to the reasons mentioned above.
